PALMER — Monte Soper, Mike Mihalka, Diane Pankowski, Riley Soper, Matt Rice, Time Delvalle, Tim Proctor and Ron Causa were the winners during drag racing at Alaska Raceway Park near Palmer June 10 and June 12.
The action continues with a drag strip test and tune Wednesday. The Edmonds Import Auto Fathers’ Day Top Eliminator, Pro-Nostalgia, and points drag racing events are slated for Sunday.
Alaska Raceway Park is also hosting its second night of racing on the facility’s new oval track, which debuted earlier this month. The Edmonds Import Auto Race, part of the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series, is Saturday evening.
