At a loss for the egg and any pork product breakfast?

1/2 banana (1/3 cup mashed) 53 calories

1/4 cup blue berries (other berries) 61 calories

1/2 cup skim milk 43 calories

2 heaping tbs. ground rolled grain 35 calories

1/2 non-fat plain yoghurt 64 calories

254 calories

I get bulk rolled grains from bulk food section, grind to a powder in a little coffee grinder.

Frozen berries seem expensive but last quite a while.
