To the editor:
Rep. Stoltze, at the very least you could get my name right. It is John Kennedy Nolan, not John Kennedy. In your letter to the editor on Feb. 2, you speak very well for the big money interests in the debate regarding critical habitat in Cook Inlet for beluga whales. Your position clearly demonstrates why you and your party only represent the big money special interests in this country.
By the way, I sent you an e-mail regarding what progress you and your committee are making on ensuring our salmon will not go extinct in the Valley, because of favoritism to commercial fish interests by Fish and Game. As of today I have not heard a word from you. Does this silence tell me and the whole population of the Susitna Valley that you don’t care about our fish having adequate escapement for mere survival?
