Redington earns first flag football win in school history

The Redington Huskies girls flag football team made school history last week. Redington earned its first varsity win as a program, scoring an 18-0 victory over Palmer Sept. 23 at Redington.

Quarterback Kaydence Seymore led the Huskies with a pair of touchdown passes.

Seymore connected with Brooklyn Dallaportas and Daisy Cardoso on the scores.

Carsyn Nunley also returned an interception for a touchdown.

Redington also rebounded from a loss to the Moose 12 days earlier. Palmer used a 6-0 victory over the Huskies to earn its first win in program history on Sept. 11
