Religious belief a personal conviction

To the editor:

The war on women is part of Shelly Hughes’ ideology. She stated to me recently that she does not believe women should have all the health procedures that may be necessary to women, including the day after pill, even for rape victims.

I strongly believe that religious freedom requires that one’s religious beliefs are a personal conviction and should not be imposed on others. There is no place in the Legislature for a woman who condones the war of women.
