PALMER — Rep. Bill Stoltze was an honored guest and received the Dedicated Service Award at the 36th annual Alaska FFA State Convention.

Stoltze was honored with highest honor the FFA can bestow upon him at the state level, the Honorary State Degree.

He also is an applicant for the highest honor the National FFA Organization can bestow, the Honorary American Degree.

FFA is a youth-led leadership organization with an emphasis in agriculture. Alaska FFA was founded in 1976.
