Roads don’t kill people

To the editor,

Oh, stop with the dangerous roads and Seldon-Lucille issue. Roads don’t kill people. Guardrails don’t jump out and slap a car. There’s no need to spend $1.5 million to “fix” that intersection. The real problem is a lack of driver education. Jeffery Norberg was real lucky to not get “it” in that mistake. Assumption is the mother of all screw-ups. Treat all stops as a four-way and turn off all the electronic toys. Studded tires should be mandatory from October to February. The Mat-Su Borough should finish up its “some day” stuff like the bridge, the rail spur, the coal joke and quit trying to pry more money from the state for more roundabout boondoggles. Get 1.5 million and use it to house the homeless youth. I never thought Colver was too bright and the “gimme” article proves it.
