WASILLA - A man who pulled a gun and robbed Meadow Lakes Pizza last week is still at large, according to Alaska State Troopers.
At approximately 6:42 p.m. Tuesday, the suspect entered the business, drew a gun on the manager of the store and demanded money from the cash register. The person concealed his face with a blue bandana and wore a black hooded sweatshirt and gloves.
Trooper Sgt. Dallas Massie said the man took an undisclosed amount of cash and fled in an unknown direction.
"We were working on a promising lead, but that did not pan out," Massie said. "We ask for anyone with information to get in touch with us."
The suspect is described as a man in his early 20s with a medium complexion and rounded face. He is estimated to be between 5 feet 8 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs between 210 and 225 pounds.
The gun was described as a gray, large -caliber revolver.
Troopers are asking that anyone with information contact the Alaska Bureau of Investigation in Palmer at 745-2131.
