PALMER — The Denali Destroyer Dolls will take on the North Pole Babes in Toyland Saturday, Nov. 22.
Destroyer Doll Erika “Dolla Billz” Bills said this is their second bout of the season, and they’re looking for a comeback after their loss to the Fairbanks Rollergirls.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and the game starts at 7 p.m. in the MTA Event Center and Ice Arena on South Denali Street near Palmer Junior Middle School. General admission is $10, $15 for reserved floor seats and $5 for kids, seniors and military. A five-dollar discount is available for attendees who bring five cans of food, which will be donated to the Mat-Su Food Bank.
The junior Valley Vixens team will mix with three North Pole juniors and compete against each other at intermission. Last month, five Vixens traveled north with the Dolls for their challenge of the Rollergirls.
