Crews work on a section of Seldon Road leading into a newly poured roundabout at Lucille Street. The intersection — long a trouble spot for accidents — is getting a facelift as part of a Mat-Su Borough road construction project.
The intersection of Seldon Road and Lucille Street will be home to just the third roundabout in the Mat-Su Borough and the first on a borough-owned road. The other two were on state roads. The borough is hoping to have the project wrapped up this fall. The improvements are the first phase of a two-phase plan.
