Verne Rupright is the “good guy.” Please join me in voting for him next Tuesday in the city of Wasilla mayor run-off election.
I have known Verne since he lived down the street from me many years ago. He worked as a correctional officer and had not even met his wife Bernadette. Verne went to law school also before Bernadette. I am impressed with his ability to start something, hang in there and finish plus repay his student loan.
The most important thing about Verne is his honesty. Being from north eastern U.S. he is blunt and tells you like it is. Along with honesty comes integrity. His word is good.
Wasilla City Hall has been lacking these basic important qualities considering Mayor Keller’s Meritage land mess and Marty Metiva’s Mat-Su Economis Enterprise Corp.
Let us start a new year with a fresh face at Wasilla City Hall.
