Sammie Lynn Crowley Lacy, 55, of Seneca, Mo., died Jan. 25, 2005, after a long illness.
Mrs. Lacy was born Feb. 13, 1949 in Little Rock, Ark., the daughter of Edward and Mary Crowley. She was a member of the Carthage Church of Christ and formerly worked as an administrative assistant for the state troopers. She lived in Alaska for several years, moving back to the Seneca area a few years ago.
Sammie Lynn Crowley married Jack C. Lacy on June 4, 1965, in Quartz Hill, Calif., and he survives.
Additional survivors include one son, Jack C. Lacy Jr. of Wasilla; daughters, Lori Alcock of Palmer and Jaqi Keith of Senseca, Mo.; parents, Edward and Mary Crowley Jr. of Beloit, Kan., and Michael G. Crowley Sr. of Matador, Texas; sisters, Debbie Haynie of Bristow, Okla., Gwen Fowler of Sherwood, Ark. and Marsha Hampton of Senseca, Mo., and four grandchildren.
