Scared to weigh myself

So today is officially one week. I have not had a Diet Pepsi in ONE WHOLE WEEK. I am 40 years old and have never in my life gone 1 full week without a soda, never. Oddly enough I havent even missed them. I also have gone one week without potato chips and ice cream. Amazing. So I want to weigh myself and see what kind of progress I have made, but Im scared that it wont be the 25 or so pounds I want it to be and I will be discouraged and eat bad stuff. Now I know that I have not lost 25 pounds in 1 week. I also know that I havent gained any either. Im rambling to avoid the scale, can you tell?
