During the first regularly scheduled meeting of the Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District (MSBSD) school board since the November 5 elections, re-elected school board members Thomas Bergey and Brooks Pitcher, along with new school board member Andrew Shane took the Oath of Office before selecting new officers for the next year.
The school board selected Kathy McCollum to be the President. She previously served as Clerk and Vice President for the board. New board member Shane was elected to Vice President, and rounding out the officer is Kendall Kruse, who was elected to the position of Clerk.
