WASILLA — Mat-Su Crime Stoppers is seeking information leading to the arrest of whoever stole eight flat-screen televisions from the Best Western.
According to a Crime Stoppers press release, report of the theft came into Wasilla police at 10:27 a.m., Jan. 6.
“There were eight 42-inch Hisense LCD televisions stolen along with various other items belonging to the hotel.
The value of the items stolen is estimated at $5,270,” according to the press release.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 745-3333 or submit a tip online via matsu-crimestoppers.org. Tipsters can earn up to $1,000 and need not provide their names.
