Tonight we have Turbo Kick and I am really looking forward to it! At the class last Monday Laurie asked for suggestions to make her class better, but I can't really think of much to add or change to her class. I am starting to feel confident in the different moves and techniques, though a little more feedback might be helpful. I always worry that I am doing something wrong, I want to get the maximum benefit from my efforts! Overall, I'm starting to feel good after classes. For the first couple of weeks my body ached so badly that I didn't think I could continue. I still have a nagging pain in my right leg from time to time - an old injury that won't go away - but overall I can see some differences.

I am certain that I have more energy, I can almost make it through a 55 minute class giving 100%. Daily activities don't wear me out as easily. My pants are definitely starting to get too big, I have had to tighten the notch on my belt. This weekend I need to shop for a swimming suit and I am REALLY not looking forward to that. I tried to find one of those suits like they wore in the Olympics - that cover from neck to ankles - but no luck. Those things are REALLY pricey! Swimsuit shopping is going to take some effort and creativity… or a flashy sarong.

I have noticed that exercise has become a priority in my life. I feel like I'm forgetting something on the nights we don't go to class. I have been supplementing with my Wii Fit at home. I enjoy the Yoga section very much. Usually on days that I don't go to a class my muscles are really stiff and sore, Yoga helps to stretch those muscles and gets me ready for the next class. Has anyone had any luck losing weight with the Wii Fit?
