Setting up for American holocaust

To the editor:

Our federal government uses U.S. media to consistently report that Al Qaeda — the propagandized face of Islamic fanaticism — is responsible for, or linked to, terrorism or opposition to U.S. military forces everywhere. Yet if our government could really obtain the accurate intelligence to so microscopically identify and track enemies, all our wars would have been over five years ago.

Furthermore, to exist under such intelligence accuracy, Al Qaeda would require extraordinary — no, superhuman — ability, resources and influence. Sorry. Regardless of hysterical exaggeration by Christian and Jewish militarists, the history of Islam discredits its ability to develop near perfect supermen. Therefore, government dishonesty about national security is obvious.

Furthermore, billions of dollars get spent on homeland security schemes that don’t work or that any intelligent teenager can think a way around. See the Washington Post exposé series by Dana Priest, starting July 19, on homeland security waste and corruption. Because our government “knows best,” Americans have to submit to all sorts of surveillance measures out of the paranoia that any of us will become homegrown terrorists if Al Qaeda/Bin Laden messages suggest it.

Worse, because fear-driven people accept White Hat/Black Hat explanations, we get calls for racial/religious profiling and regulation of anybody who appears Arabic/Middle Eastern. Yet the world’s majority of Muslims are of Far Eastern races! This makes Americans laughingstocks.

U.S. media and government ranting on threats from Muslim “jihadists,” using selective quoting of the Koran, imply all Islam “is against us.” Generalizing that most or all adherents of a religion/race/nation act like its normal percentage of radicals and criminals has driven some of history’s most evil events. Example: Nazi Germany propaganda, in demonizing the Jews, used selective quoting of the Torah and exaggerations of normal levels of Jewish radicalism/criminality.

Indeed, based on federal government conduct, our nation’s top national security threat is the American people’s incompetence at cooperative liberty and self-government. And the principle function of U.S. government secrecy now appears to be covering up insider corruption, oath-breaking, and greed.

I’m offering this “rant” because America is now missing only two elements to repeat what happened to the German people after World War I: 1) economic collapse, and 2) the emergence of a charismatic megalomaniac like Hitler to save us from it.
