Settlers Bay hosted the 2020 Club Championship earlier this month.
The group of linksters survived social distancing, facial covering in posted areas, and some brief showers throughout the event, thank you all for adapting to the circumstances. These factors and along with challenging holes at Settlers made for memorable time. The mens ‘Gross’ division crowned Jason Asplunde from Federal Way Washington, who shot a two round total of 141. The mens ‘Net’ divisions was won by Wasilla’s Tony Kim 127. The senior ‘Gross’ division was won by Palmers Chuck Lee 147, Senior ‘Net’ Mark Wildermuth. The Super Senior ‘Net’ division was won by Danny Walker 133, and Super Senior ‘Gross’ Dennis Hoskinson 154, and Super Senior ‘Net’ division. The ‘Red Lantern’ award was won by Larry Stafford.
Ladies ‘Net’ division with a total of 125 Anchorage Celeste Bolea, and the ‘Gross’ division was won by Anchorage Toyoko Hawkins with a total of 156.
