This is my second year doing the trim to win. I lost all the weight I had set out to, but I hadn't done it in a healthy manner. I practically starved for 3 months and then when it was over, I went back to eating "normal" and I put every pound back on (plus about 10). So this year I'm setting a better goal. I want to lose it all again, but this time I want to be healthier.
I've vowed to do exercise atleast 3 times a week, something I failed to do at all last year. So far I've been sticking to it. which isnt all that hard for a week but I'm gonna need support to continue to do this for the next 3 months, and more importantly for the rest of this year and the next and the next. The treadmill has become my choice for activity. After the first run I walked around the whole day feeling super healthy, certain I was already a fitness master. And its only been a week but i swear my midsection is feeling firmer…well its atleast more sore, as are my calf muscles. In some backwards turn of logic, I believe thats a sign of healthiness already. .
