After 40 years, it’s time to go. When I first arrived in Alaska, I ran into a lot of grumpy old men. I have turned into one of them after all these years. I guess that’s the Alaskan way.
Right-wing politics and the attitude of “the law is for everybody but me” dominate our state thanks to people like Sean Parnell, and Sarah Palin. Enough said!
But as the old men told me when I arrived “this place is not what it used to be.” Today that statement is true for me. So don’t pave the place over in asphalt!
