Soldotna senior Liam Andrus used an offensive rebound and putback with one second left in regulation to give the Stars a 39—37 win over the Palmer Moose during the semifinal round of the Northern Lights Conference Championships at Kodiak High School on Friday.
Soldotna moves into the NLC final to play Wasilla at 8:15 p.m. Saturday. Palmer moves back to face Kenai at 10:45 a.m. Saturday. Palmer needs two wins Saturday to advance to the state tourney.
