State confirms three new cases of coronavirus in Alaska; total now at nine

There are now nine cases positive for coronavirus in Alaska.

Alaska Chief Medical Officer Dr. Anne Zink confirmed three new cases during a teleconference Wednesday afternoon.

One person is from Seward and two others are from Anchorage. Zink described the person from Seward as a younger individual, and the people from Anchorage as older individuals. All three are travel related.
