State money boosts VCRS building fund

We’re writing to publicly thank the governor and the legislators for the $1 million in state funds toward our VCRS (Valley Community for Recycling Solutions) building fund. It is money that will reap rewards long in the future, not only in reusing our resources but saving taxpayer dollars in landfill costs.

We are still in need of our million-plus for the building, but by all pulling together we can meet this challenge.
