Nearly a third of the way through the Trim to Win challenge and nearly a third of the way to my goal.
So, I think I’m on schedule.

I have my weight loss goals. I would love to hit 75 pounds before the end of this thing. I’m thinking I set the bar a bit high, but you have to give it a shot, right?
I’d also like to run a mile without wanting to vomit. Not walk. Not jog.
Run. Without wanting to puke.

I’ve lost weight before. But every time that happens, I find a way to put it back on.
So, the plan now … take it off and keep it off.
