WASILLA — Susitna Valley placed four wrestlers in the top 4, including one who earned the top honor following the Hutchison Meltdown Nov. 11 in Fairbanks.
Aiden Jolley won the 182-pound class and was named Outstanding Wrestler at the 12-team tournament in the Interior. Jolley pinned Delta’s Omar Powers at the 5:16 mark of the match. Jolley pinned another Delta grappler, Cameron Williams, in the first round, and beat Hutchison’s Matthew Fagan 8-5 in the semifinals.
David Johnston placed third for the Rams at 195. Dalton Pinard was fourth at 160. Ria Wildermuth finished fourth in the girls’ division at 145.
