The scale is teasing me, I am so close to my first goal and it wont bump down. Just another .5 pounds and I will be under a very large number for the first time since I quit smoking.
The kids and I had a very good time watching the game yesterday, one is a big Giants fan and another is a big Patriots fan. It was a tough last few minutes, and one plant lost its pot to a badly thrown pillow.
It sure is hard to get out of the house to exercise when it is this cold, Im so glad I have a bike here and don't have to leave. Days like this make me glad I don't have dogs to walk or an out of the house job. Everybody stay warm, and another week down.
