To the editor:
When I met Pat Johnson, my first impression was that this man with such a quiet, respectful manner was a man to be trusted.
My first impression was absolutely confirmed when I came to know him better and learned of his dedicated service to this community. He helps out, whether it’s at his church, Wasilla schools, the Boy Scouts, as a member of borough commissions, or just some special project that needs a helper. Pat is there helping.
For over nine years, borough mayors of diverse political persuasions have seen that Pat Johnson is a man who gets the work done. He’s served on both the Platting and Planning Boards, serving each of them as chair for at least one year. Pat also served as a member of School Site Selection Committee. His abilities and expertise are well recognized. He brings an objectivity much needed with the challenges facing the assembly.
Please cast your vote for Pat Johnson on Oct. 4. His voice and perspective are desperately needed on the assembly.
