MEA Board President Lois Lester, elected three times by the ratepayers, is doing a wonderful job.
I attended the March 9 meeting and I was impressed with the way Lester managed the proceedings.
Her years of teaching as a professor of chemistry at UAA were evident as she controlled controversial issues and moved the board forward. MEA is in transition and transitions can be difficult for some.
However, with Lester in charge, ratepayers’ interests are being protected and MEA is becoming more transparent. Please vote for Lois Lester and Kit Jones.
