A Palmer grand jury indicted a trio of Anchorage men who now face multiple charges related to a home invasion in Wasilla last month.
Tracy Jerue, 40, Henry Mason, 31, and Keen Smith, 28, were all indicted on June 9. Each are facing three counts of first-degree robbery and three counts of third-degree assault, in addition to first-degree burglary, second-degree misconduct involving weapons and second-degree theft, according to the Alaska State Troopers.
Smith was arrested in June 9, Jerue was arrested by AST in Wasilla on June 18 and Mason was arrested by Anchorage Police June 30 in Anchorage.
All of the charges stem from a June 1 incident at a residence in Wasilla. Troopers responded to the scene just before 6 p.m. June 1, where they said three juveniles at the home said two masked individuals entered the home with firearms and ordered them onto the ground. One of the suspects fired a handgun next to one of the juveniles, troopers said. The suspects also stole a firearm from the residence and fled in a vehicle that had previously been reported stolen.
