The U.S. Marshal’s Fugitive Task Force is looking for Andrew Oakes and Amber McKinnon on outstanding felony warrants.
Oakes has two outstanding felony warrants with bail set at $120,000. The charges stem from criminal mischief, vehicle theft, eluding and fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance. He is a 21-year old-white male, 6 feet tall and 165 pounds with sandy blond hair and hazel eyes. He is known to frequent the Mat-Su Valley near Big Lake.
McKinnon has felony warrants stemmingfrom two second-degree theft charges. She also faces allegations of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance and false report. Her bail is set at $15,000. She is a 24-year-old white female, stands 5-foot-3 and weighs 165 pounds with brown hair and eyes.
