To the editor:
A celebration of life was held Oct. 13 for my son, Ben Loyer, who perished in an auto accident Oct. 5.
I am pleased to use this format to say thank you for all your words of kindness, other mothers sharing their own losses of a child with me, and the simple outpouring of love, support and shock of loosing our Ben.
Your response was overwhelming. My sincere apology to those who came and were unable to enter because the facility was filled to capacity. We missed you and thank you for coming.
The food, flowers and the service were truly stunning and all graciously done by friends and family who loved Ben. I loved the stories of Ben. Thank you everyone from the deepest part of my mother’s heart.
Ben will be missed by all of us.
