Thank you, Mat-Su Elections Office

To the editor:

I was the election chairperson at the Meadow Lakes 2 precinct during Tuesday’s election. I want to take this opportunity to thank Katrin and her hard working staff from Mat-Su Elections Office for the outstanding training and preparation for this election.

We had all of the materials we needed and great instructions on how to do everything that needed to be done for a successful election. I also want to thank our precinct team members Elaine, Susan and Patricia for the terrific job they did to see that the needs of voters were taken care of and to make sure that every vote was counted.

Special thanks also go out to the people who came to vote for treating us with respect and good humor. Great job everyone!
