I would like to publicly express my appreciation to the MEA electric line workers involved in this past week and weekend’s severe weather. I was driving home through Sutton in the high winds and saw all the tree limbs on the road as well as the tree blown down. It was difficult to keep my vehicle straight on the highway.
Ya’ll did an excellent job of restoring power, in spite of losing two power poles. Considering the chill factor and hazardous conditions, the wait was worth it so long as no one was killed or injured. Thank you again for your work and willingness to risk so much.
