Thank you to the city of Palmer

My husband Tim and I thank the city of Palmer official who finally listened to our concerns about the traffic problems on South Gulkana Street, approved and oversaw installation to two speed humps near our home. Ours is a neighborhood with many children, bike riders, walkers, tennis player and baseball players that has been troubled by frequent speeders. Although the problem still exists at the other end of South Gulkana Street, we can say that the speed humps have mitigated some of the problem at our end.
