Today, Sept. 8, I was helping my husband get ready to go hunting by running some errands for him. I had stopped by McDonald’s in Palmer for a sausage biscuit.
When I got to the window of the drive-through to pay, this young lady leans out of the window and says, “The gentleman in the car ahead of you decided he could buy your sandwich because you looked like a nice lady.”
Flabbergasted, I mumbled, “Well, that makes my day.”
So, to the gentleman in the pretty blue Taurus, thank you, because you made my day.
