I just read the Q&A you had with Sarah Palin. Thank you.

I know everyone keeps harping on the “media elite,” but I’m very proud of the work of organizations like your newspaper. I have seen your newspaper quoted in a variety of publications and I can only imagine the pressure your newspaper staff (no doubt small, and perhaps understaffed like the rest of the newspaper industry) is under.

Your work now and in the past just proves that community journalism is where it is at!

I don’t mean to be part of the “flood” of e-mails, but felt compelled to pass along my thanks.
