Alaska ATV Club’s Alaska Child Helmet Program is going on again this year and would like to thank International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 1547 for its continued sponsorship of the program, along with all of our other sponsors who make it possible to keep our program going.
The Child Helmet Safety program has given away 75 helmets to children during the past three years and relies on sponsors and donations to buy the helmets.
Our ninth annual Jim Creek Clean-Up event is May 19. Last year, we had more than 400 volunteers who came out for the one-day clean-up event, and we hauled out several tons of garbage.
