Thanks for supporting historical society

To the editor:

The Wasilla-Knik Historical Society would like to thank the following businesses and individuals for their support in helping the society continue its efforts to preserve the history and maintain historic buildings in the Matanuska Valley.

We would not be able to continue without their support.

Their contributions have made Trails Day, the annual picnic, and the Hobo Jim concerts — all held at the Knik Museum, Mile 13.9, Knik-Goose Bay Road — successful.

Our thanks to Talkeetna Air Taxi; Mahays River Boat Service; Tri-River Fishing Charters; Alaska Railroad; KFC; Arbys; Steve’s Food Boy; SBS Supply; The Home Depot; Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman; Verda’s Cakes; Safeway/Carr’s; Evangelo’s; Three Bears; Subway; Hobo Jim; Linda Frey; Eleanor Wilde; Jon Brautigan; and Nancy Azok.

Arlene Stephl, Secretary
