Susitna Sleeping Lady Singers member Lena Jacobs dances during Saturday afternoon's family tribal gathering and health fair at Raven Hall on the Alaska State Fairgrounds. The Native Village of Eklutna, Chickaloon Village Tribal Council and the Knik Tribal Council put on the event.This is the first year for the gathering. Health and Social Services Director for Chickaloon Village Lisa Wade said the purpose of Saturday's event is to share the different cultures with one another and provide and opprutunity for tribal members and elders to see the diffrent health care options that are available.
