Trim to Win Weigh ins

I Have began this journey many times. Procrastination being my biggest enemy and no stratigic supports. I have one question I need to ask how often do we need to weigh in. As a veteran and in the vets move program once a month in the norm. I know one pound is a motivator and each consecutive pound is that much more motivation. Bless my friends, "Oh just this one time won't hurt!" that is a diet killer statement. With the community behind we can knock off a few pounds and be just a little healthies in the comong year. good luck to every one.
