WILLOW — A property owner who called Alaska State Troopers for help with a civil issue was served with a search warrant Sept. 3 after troopers discovered a marijuana grow in a building there, according to a trooper dispatch.
“The Mat-Su Narcotics Unit responded to the scene and served a search warrant on the property. The marijuana grow consisted of 363 live marijuana plants, 53 lbs. of processed marijuana, and related marijuana grow equipment,” troopers said.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is continuing.
