Troopers investigate shooting death

PALMER – A 39-year-old man was shot to death Thursday morning, according to information Alaska State Troopers released Friday.

Troopers identify the man as Jason Donlon. They said they began investigating the incident after a report of a domestic dispute involving a gun.

“His death was the result of multiple gunshot wounds,” according to the troopers report.

They say they have interviewed everyone involved but do not report any arrests.

Asked for more information, trooper spokeswoman Megan Peters said she could not say more, or even describe the incident as anything but a death investigation.
