FAIRBANKS — Alaska State Troopers are looking for a Wasilla woman that went missing Wednesday.
According to a trooper press statement, at 2:50 p.m. Thursday Bryan Houghton, 59, of Fairbanks, reported as a missing person Anjel M. Sherman, 34, of Wasilla.
“Houghton, Sherman and two other went to a logging area near mile 327 Parks Highway on (Wednesday),” according to the trooper statement. “Sherman, a female, was last seen around (2 p.m.) hours, on (Wednesday), while looking for usable firewood.”
Troopers searched the area but didn’t find Sherman. Anyone with information about Sherman is asked to call troopers in Fairbanks at 451-5100.
