Trying

This is my second time in the trim to win. The first time I lost a little weight but I wasn't very motivated. I am hoping to be more motivated this time around. I am not necessarily dieting, but I am trying to watch my portion controls and what I am eating. I need to work on getting more exercise into my life. That has always been my down fall. I have several different games for the Wii that are actually good…Extreme Outdoor Challenge and the Biggest Loser are the ones I will be attempting to use the most. My goal is to work out 3 times a week. So far I've only worked out 3 times!! So if I work out to night and over the weekend than I will be back on track. :)
