To the editor:
I’ve worked with Janet Kincaid for almost 20 years and Peter Burchell for the last 6 years. I support them on the MEA board. Over the years, I’ve volunteered with Janet and/or Peter with the Palmer Lions Club, The Salvation Army and events with the Greater Palmer Chamber of Commerce. It doesn’t take long to see they have big hearts and a passion for making the Valley a better place to live.
Janet and Peter are members of our community who have the experience, knowledge and passion to be good decision makers. I believe they represent us well on the MEA co-op board and have the best interests of all members in mind. They truly care about events current and future.
There may be times when we don’t agree but because of their backgrounds working in so many areas and their knowledge of what situations really are, I trust their good judgment and support their decisions because I know they represent all of us with respect, sound economic sense and forward looking goals.
We need them on the MEA board for three more years.
