KODIAK — The Kodiak Bears remain unbeaten in the Northern Lights Conference following a two-match sweep of Wasilla in Kodiak over the weekend.
Kodiak improved to 8-0 in NLC play with a 3-0 (25-16, 25-11, 25-17) win Saturday afternoon. Lexi Abbott led the Warriors with six aces. Amber Sizemore and Ashlynn Dorn had three kills each. Peyton Mobley collected 10 assists.
Megan Pyle led Kodiak with 10 kills and five aces.
Hannah Wandersee finished with nine kills to lead Kodiak to a 3-0 (25-13, 25-19, 25-17) win over the Warriors Friday.
Dorn had six kills and Sizemore finished with five.
Wasilla dropped to 2-7 in the NLC with the losses.
