Palmer’s city election is coming up and we have some new options on the ballot. I’m supporting Lee Henrikson for City Council. I have known and worked with Lee for several years and find her to be passionate, effective and focused on the task at hand. As a long-time resident of Palmer, she has been intimately involved through her active participation on local boards and tireless work at our community radio station. Lee’s leadership skills, ability to cooperate with others and her compassion for Palmer are assets to serving on the City Council. It’s to our benefit Lee offers a clear direction forward and the willingness to do the work necessary. It’s a time of opportunity and a vote for Lee Henrikson is a vote for Palmer.
