Vote Lynn Gattis for school board

To the editor:

I am a parent of a Colony High School student. I have witnessed firsthand the type of commitment Lynn Gattis can employ when getting things done for our kids. Full disclosure: I am her campaign manager — and her character and can-do attitude are exactly why I am.

As a parent and CHS music booster, Lynn relentlessly pursued the dream of our kids performing in the inaugural parade and, through her persistence and can-do attitude, made it a reality. All other adults had given up, including myself. She never did.

This is the type of tenacity we need on the school board to represent our kids. She has fought for our kids before and won. I believe she will bring the same “do it for the kids” spirit to the school board. Vote Lynn Gattis for school board this Tuesday!
