NORTH POLE — Wasilla crowned three individual champions en route to a runner-up finish in the John Tobin Invitational at North Pole High School Saturday night.
Micah Mathis (98 pounds), Dillon Simpson (106) and DJ Morrow (170) each won their weight classes for Wasilla. Berit Sturgeon (120) and Andrew Shannon (160) also advanced to the finals for the Warriors, and placed second. Wyatt McGann led Palmer with a second-place finish at 138.
