WASILLA — The Wasilla Warriors split a pair of Northern Lights Conference matches over the weekend in Kodiak.
Aleks Kvalheim used 14 kills and a half-dozen digs to lead Wasilla to a 3-1 (25-14, 25-18, 24-26, 25-22) victory on Sept. 30. Kaitlyn Cook finished with 40 assists and 11 digs. Cheyenee Green chipped in 12 digs for the Warriors, who improved to 4-2 in NLC play.
The night before, Kodiak scored a 3-1 (25-19, 24-26, 25-22, 25-22) win over the Warriors.
Wasilla hosts West Anchorage Wednesday at 6 p.m. at WHS.
